Our story
From a focused practice to a full advisory firm
The practice was founded on a simple belief: financial compliance should empower a business, not burden it. Founded by CA Mahesh Halani (FCA, ICAI Membership No. 192228), our practice at Solaris Business Hub, Near Bhuyangdev Cross Road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad, has grown into a trusted chartered accounting and tax advisory firm.
Today we support startups, established SMEs and private companies with everything from bookkeeping and GST return filing to income tax filing in Ahmedabad, payroll and statutory registrations — always with the same attention to detail and plain-language guidance we started with.
